Refund policy
Every AMXAL piece is made to order — constructed once, for the woman who ordered it. All sales are final; we do not offer returns or exchanges.
After your order is placed, the house writes to you to confirm measurements. Each piece includes one complimentary alteration within 14 days of delivery, carried out by the atelier that built it.
In the rare event of a construction fault, the house corrects it entirely at its own cost.
